Covid-19 Precautions

The ‘Perfectly Applied’ safety guide with new COVID measures.

The Clinic is currently closed due to Covid-19 measures and we are currently waiting for the government to release a set date for when the Beauty & Aesthetic sector is able to open. We are now taking bookings from March 2021 onwards.

  1. CHANGE OF LOCATION

I am excited to announce a change of location. PERFECTLY APPLIED will now be operating from 187 Richmond Road, Twickenham, Greater London.

  1. COVID QUESTIONNAIRE

 

Before your appointment, you will be required to fill out a COVID questionnaire as part of a standard risk assessment. This will be sent to you via email if you do not receive one before your appointment please inform me. If you have had COVID symptoms or a Covid contact with someone I must be informed and will reschedule your appointment for 14 days post-onset symptoms or COVID contact. Your deposit will not be lost and will be transferred to your new given appointment date.

  1. COME ALONE

 

All Appointments must be attended on your own. Please do not bring any other person with you.

  1. TIMINGS

 

Please arrive at the clinic at your scheduled appointment time. Early arrivals will not be allowed in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be rescheduled.

  1. REFRESHMENTS

 

Unfortunately, refreshments such as tea and coffee will not be served however water is available in disposable cups. The restroom is available to clients only.

  1. PPE

 

There will be an area set up for you to use hand sanitiser, mask and shoe covers on entry. When you leave the clinic there will be an area to dispose of these items, please keep these items on at all times when inside the clinic. Your temperature will be taken on arrival.

  1. PAYMENT

Full Payment will be taken at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via Bank transfer/ PayPal. This is to avoid contact with the card machine. If you prefer to pay with cash the exact amount must be given to avoid handling change.

  1. CLEANING PROTOCOL

The clinic has heightened and enhanced the cleaning of surfaces and common areas

hand sanitising stations have been set up and we politely ask you use these when entering.

We have equipped our customer toilets with sanitising hand wash and use only disposable hand towels.

The clinic is cleaned with medical-grade surface prior to and after each client. All equipment will continue to be sterilised in a medical-grade autoclave before use. We will also continue to dispose of waste through a clinical waste company. Please note after each permanent make up treatment all products used during the treatment are disposed of.
