Terms and Conditions

  • You accept and agree:
  • Our concept consultations are non-refundable and require payment in full at the time of booking.
  • A deposit of £50 (or currency equivalent) per procedure is required to secure your appointment.
  • A refund of your booking deposit will only be given if you provide 48 hours cancellation notice – and this will be subject to a £20 (or currency equivalent) administration charge.
  • If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 75% of the full procedure price. We will however, endeavour to reallocate your scheduled time to another client – and if we’re successful, we’ll only charge you the booking deposit.
  • Should you not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you accept and permit us to charge you 75% of the full treatment cost, as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancelled appointments are only recognised with written confirmation – either text message or Email.
  • Late arrival to your scheduled appointment will result in your stylist being un-able to carry out your procedure and you being charged 75% of the full treatment value.
  • Our prices are correct at the time of going to press and subject to change without written notice.
  • A 0.02% surcharge will be added to all debit and credit card transactions.
  • Our prices are inclusive of VAT*.
  • Procedures marked with an asterisk (*) on our price list include a complimentary tune-up procedure, which must be taken within 3 months of the original appointment. Any Refill appointments made after this time will be considered a Colourboost treatment and occur charges.
  • You will accept the result of Your Treatment and/or Follow Up Treatment without any legal recourse to Us on the understanding that You will pre-approve both the shape and colouring of the Permanent Make Up at the beginning of Your Treatment;
  • You will read and follow the recommendations made within the Guidance Sheets;
  • Certain factors beyond Our control (including Your own specific skin characteristics) create Risks which you understand and for which you take full and sole responsibility;
  • There are everyday risks of post-treatment infection (in and around the area of Treatment) which are beyond Our control and for which you take full and sole responsibility;
  • You have decided (with appropriate advice from your General Practitioner to the extent appropriate) that You do not suffer from an Unsuitable Medical Condition; and
  • That to the extent (notwithstanding the terms of this clause and Your acceptance of the Risks) You wish to make a complaint which relates in any way (whether directly or indirectly) to Our provision of the Services, then you will make such complaints strictly in compliance with our complaints clauses.
  • In very rare cases, the pigment will not hold at all due to skin type. You agree that although we will endeavour to work with best practise, we cannot be held responsible for low or no pigment uptake.
  • Some skins may not retain the ‘crispness’ of the pigmented hairstroke and others (although rare) may not retain the hairstroke at all as it can blur over time.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted on our premises due to insurance requirements.
  • We are unable to perform any enhancements on minors under the age of 18 without parental and doctor’s consent.
  • We are committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only yourself and our staff will be permitted into your treatment room during your procedure.
  • Your booking deposit is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions.
